Designing Ventures, LLC will appear on your receipt and credit card statement.
La Collana jewelry is hand crafted. We stand behind the quality and unique features of each piece. Our hardware is sterling silver, solid brass, 18K or 24K gold. To preserve the beauty and finish of your jewelry, we recommend that you store the items in a cool dry place. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, hairspray, water and other chemicals. To clean, wipe the sterling silver with the polishing cloth accompanying your order. For solid brass and gold, gently rub with a soft cloth. Gem stones and pearls should be wiped clean with a soft cloth.
We will gladly repair any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase at no charge. Within in 6 months of purchase, any repair request will be assessed and a small fee may be charged in order to repair the item. We will provide a shipping label to ensure proper receipt and return of your damaged item. All repairs must be sent with bubble wrap to ensure no further damage occurs.
To initiate a repair request, email us at darthur@lacollanaclassic.com with the description of the item and the nature of the repair required. Please allow up to 3 weeks for repairs to be completed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by email to darthur@lacollanaclassic.com. Please note, once you receive your final email confirmation with tracking information we will not be able to change your order.
