Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on full-priced items in their origin condition, unworn and unused within 15 days after customer receipt. We ask that the the item(s) be returned with the original packaging and in the original shipping box. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the product is received in good condition. 

To start the return process email us at darthur@lacollanaclassic.com with your order number, description of the item being returned and the reason for the return. We will email a pre-paid return shipping label. Drop off the package at any UPS location or arrange for a UPS pick up.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it.

Customers who place orders between November 23rd and December 31st have until January 15th to make returns.
